All Planets & Vehicles in Star Wars: Galactic Racer

A slew of content is coming to Star Wars: Galactic Racer at launch in October, and at the forefront are the vehicles and planets players can explore. Naturally, in a racing game, the vehicles you drive and the locations you visit will be crucial to the experience. However, this is the first time the Star Wars universe has been the setting for a racing game, so this kind of content is even more in the spotlight.

Fortunately for fans of the iconic franchise, several recognizable vehicles and planets are coming to the game at launch. In this guide, we’ll showcase every vehicle you’ll have access to and all the planets that host the racetracks in Star Wars: Galactic Racer.

All Vehicles In Star Wars: Galactic Racer

Let’s start with the vehicles in Star Wars: Galactic Racer, since you’ll have several to choose from for every race. You’ll easily recognize some of the vehicle types if you’ve seen any Star Wars movie or TV show, but some vehicles might be a little more mysterious.

Here are all of the vehicles we know about in Star Wars: Galactic Racer:

Skim Speeder

• Balanced vehicle that possesses slow acceleration, but features a fast top speed that you can reach by building momentum. Excels at cornering (drifting) and has great control and handling. You can see more about Skim Speeders in our breakdown article about the vehicle.

Speeder Bike

• An incredibly fast vehicle that is fairly one-dimensional, as it doesn’t handle collisions well and can be quite difficult to control. Still, you’ll get some of the fastest acceleration and speeds with the Speeder Bike.

Landspeeder

• The sturdiest vehicle in Star Wars: Galactic Racer, able to run through other vehicles and handle collisions with ease. It doesn’t offer the best speed, but it’s a consistent vehicle.

Podracer

• Similar to the Speeder Bike, the Podracer is quick, but fragile. It offers slightly better control than the Speeder Bike, though, making it better for tracks with more turns. You can see our breakdown of Podracing in a previous article.

Those are the four different vehicle types we know of in Star Wars: Galactic Racer at launch. However, we plan to add more vehicles in future content updates. You’ll also be able to unlock different customization options for all vehicles, so you can differentiate your ride from others.

All Planets In Star Wars: Galactic Racer

Next up, we have the confirmed planets coming to Star Wars: Galactic Racer. Obviously, you won’t be able to explore these planets freely, but each planet should have different tracks, giving us a good glimpse of distinct locations across the galaxy.

Here’s every planet coming to Star Wars: Galactic Racer at launch:

1. Derven Acos
2. Ando Prime
3. Jakku
4. Tatooine
5. Lantaana
6. Sentinel I

We’ve seen all these planets at one time or another throughout the entire Star Wars franchise, but planets like Sentinel I really haven’t been explored much in film or TV. It will be interesting to see what the developers at Fuse Game decide to include for the various racetracks on each planet.
