Hot Wheels Infinite Rush is only just out of the starting blocks, with over 44 DLC cars on the way, but another 22 have been added to the list.
An official Formula 1 car set will arrive on 11th March 2027, with one car per team confirmed for virtual model recreation.
It is expected, much like Mattel’s diecast range of entry-level 1:64 scale models, that each livery design will be from that year’s current season atop a ‘generic’ F1 body. The season kicks off in the same month as this pack is to be released, with the Bahrain Grand Prix between 12th and 14th March.
Entitled the F1 Car Collection Pack, the cars will be in the Speeder category, the fastest class in the game.
Infinite Rush is available on all major gaming platforms. Created by Italian team Milestone, it eschewed prior Hot Wheels game formats by making it open-world across four distinct islands. A fifth, Ferrari-themed location is expected as part of an upcoming paid expansion.
A ‘Car Collection Pack’ was previously noted as part of the Ultimate Edition, with a small, shadowy F1-car-shaped teaser image. We now know this is the F1 Car Collection Pack. Owners of different editions or the base game are expected to have access to this upcoming pack for an additional fee.
