Project Motor Racing Update 2.2.1.0 Available Today

Project Motor Racing update 2.2.1.0 is available today, getting the game ready for the V8 Power Pack arriving across all platforms on September 15.

The update itself is mainly focused on adding the content needed for the upcoming pack, which brings nine V8 race cars spread across three different classes. The lineup covers everything from modern Australian touring cars and current American machines to classic US road racing, with Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta joining them as the place to put all that horsepower to work.

While the cars come from different eras, they share plenty in common, with big V8 engines, rear-wheel drive and none of the traction control, ABS or other electronic assists found in more forgiving race cars. The idea is to keep the focus on the driver while giving players a mix of old-school American muscle, modern USV8 machinery and current AUS V8 Evo competition.

The V8 Power Pack releases September 15 for Project Motor Racing on all platforms. Here’s what will be included.
